I’ve tried a few different subscription boxes that offered different types of products every month (protein, clothes, gym swag, etc) but Girl On A Run has the absolute best value for the amount of products that you receive! I was immediately intrigued when I saw the ads on FaceBook saying they were coming soon and I immediately signed up for a subscription. I’ve tested all the products (and shown them to my coworkers who love them as well!). I love that each month has a theme (July’s box is 4th of July themed) and I’m always impressed with how many cool things you get every month! I will 100% be renewing my 6 month subscription when it’s due!
I've been a runner for over 20 years, so to say I have an addiction to buying running gear is an understatement! However, the items I've received are things I haven't thought of buying myself - the cat ear self defense tool is amazing .. Now I can't run with it, but its in my pocket for easy access and I travel for work, so that goes in my bag now too!
The Rosie the Riveter Bib Boards are awesome - no more pin holes in my shirts!!
As a female veteran and one whos birthday is in July I absolutely love the 4th of July celebration box!!!! im using all of it for the firecracker run.
I thought the July box was super cute and well put together. The compression socks are cute and I’ll be wearing them for my 4th of July Run next week. The cat ear keychain is also a nice addition for protection while running alone. I do wish the headband was a visor or a hat though. But overall, I really liked this months box!
I received my first box last month and was on the fence if it was worth $50 bucks every month. There were some fun things in it though so I decided to give the box one more try. They shipped it out quickly, which was awesome!
I was genuinely disappointed in the July box this month.. Almost everything in the box were things I’d never buy myself because I’ll never use them. More socks (that are really cute, but I’ll never wear), a headband that I’ll never wear. The only thing I’ll use out the box this month are the bib boards and electrolytes.. The cat ears are cute but fingers swell when you run and that’s just not functional to run with. Disappointed. I really wanted to love this.
On a side note, I have been running for 6 years or so. A newer runner may find this box helpful.
I've had other subscription boxes before, but this one is probably my favorite! Each month the items in the box are perfectly suited to the season and always contain nice little surprises. It's like a gift myself every month!
My latest box was 4th of July theme. It was spot on! My favorite item were the Rosie the Riveter Bib Boards. I love trying new stuff and am grateful for this monthly box!

I decided to try the 1 time box and I am so glad that I did. Mine was 4th of July theme and there were so many unique items in there and I feel like they really knew mw and organized it for me. I will definiitely be doing this again. If you have not tried it, what are you waiting for
I received my box a few days ago and the items that were in my box were well thought out. I liked the variety if samples and whole products. The samples allowed me to try different products without having to purchase a large amount and learn about new brands. I will definitely be keeping up my subscription!
Often we are so busy taking care of others, we don’t always do little things for ourselves. I’ve been a runner over 13 years and just ordered my first box, it was 4th of July theme. I enjoyed the items and feel the box was great value. I’m already looking forward to next month!
I’ve been running for 13 years or more now. i’ve also been in the healthcare industry and worked with athletes for over 20 years now, and I have never seen anything like this before. Good on you for creating such an incredibly inspirational and fun company for us female runners. I really needed some inspiration because recently I’ve been a stay at home Mama for the last 3 years so I don’t really do as much for myself anymore and I’m not putting as many miles in as I used to. I feel like this is an excellent way to inspire me to do another half marathon and also just do something fun and nice for myself. I signed up for the pre-paid 6 months of boxes and got my first one recently and I just couldn’t believe how not only thoughtful but creative everything was inside. Put a huge smile on my face and gave me lots of inspiration. I really want that coffee cup still though!! The one that says “I run to burn off the crazy“ because that is so totally me!!
I had been receiving a running subscription box from another company for the past year. The price wasn’t reflective of the contents of the box, and I can only have so many Gu gels and protein bars before it just isn’t worth ot for me anymore. I cancelled that subscription and started with Girl on a Run box and absolutely loved my first box! I am so eager to get more boxes snd am so happy that I switched!
I started off the with one time box and just thought everything in it was so fun! there were things in the box that as a new runner I’d been curious about but unsure if i wanted to make the leap and purchase. having it included was awesome! i ended up subscribing for a monthly and already received my second box. loved it!
I love, love, love my first Girl on a Run box. There are soooo many great items in it. I can't wait to use my socks and headband on my July 4th Firecracker race!
I just recently started getting back into running. I ran my first half marathon last month and was looking for other options to try things but had no idea where to start. I love the idea of the box and you get to have different goodies delivered to your door every month. This is my first box and I absolutely love it!!!!

Ordered and received one time subscription box from @girlonarunbox today. I received the May box with theme of muscle may. I received 7 full size products plus two samples of personal wipes. Products included collapsible hydration flask, RUN socks, Do yoga anywhere 55 illustrated cards, vegan strawberries and cream overnight oats by @overnightoats , Pure kick strawberry watermelon hydrate with zero sugar, @epicblend athlete salt soak, @lafreshgroup no sweat antiperspirant wipe and personal wipe and a plastic bag. I like the variety of products included and it can be used by any athlete, not limited to runners. Love the bright pink colors. Very happy with the purchase!
I love all the fun products in my box. It was my first box and I cannot wait until next month's box.
